In 2012 INNOCON arises, a company created under the auspices of Holding Setop S.A., dedicated to providing solutions in the production and industrial area, at that time with no more than 12 workers, and using the facilities of another Holding company. Today, five years after its emergence in the regional market, INNOCON celebrates a new anniversary and for this reason brought together its entire human team, led by the CEO, Carlos Sepulveda, and representatives of the main collaborating companies, in a pleasant meeting dedicated to commemorating the first 5 years of efforts and challenges. During the activity, it was possible to enjoy a catering -with cake included- in which the workers were responsible for putting out the candles, since “they are the fundamental pillar of our company,” Carlos Sepulveda said. This celebration responds to the enormous challenge of standing up as a national benchmark, given that since its creation INNOCON has achieved fundamental milestones to achieve its purpose: In 2015 the company became one of the few private R&D centers certified by CORFO, a fact that encouraged executives to invest in new offices and laboratories. “Currently our building is 70% complete, and we estimate that it should be finishing during the first semester of 2018,” assured the CEO regarding this work, which although it makes the company proud, it will also allow to have its own facilities that could “doubling the capacity to provide services to our customers in 3 main areas: Research, Engineering and Works-Projects,” he added. On the other hand, this anniversary marked a recount not only in the technical evolution, but also in the positive work coexistence that has characterized the company since its inception: “My experience at INNOCON has been one of the best, since I have had the pleasure to lead a very united group of people, where the knowledge that experience gives is mixed with the energy and the desire to do things well. Companies are the people who make them up, and their human capital is at a very high level,” commented the CEO, who finally stated that his expectations for the tenth anniversary are for the company “to become a benchmark at a national level in solutions for all productiio and industrial sectors, and that our name is widely recognized as a synonym of quality and prestige.”
