Innocon S.A. through its directors, Karina Benassi and Javier Waldron, took the opportunity to extend the invitation to the Minister of Economy, Jose Ramon Valente, to the inauguration of the new Innocon corporate building next June.
This new center will allow the company to consolidate itself as the only existing Private Industrial R&D+i Center in the Biobio region and to be able to be a real contribution to the development of research and innovation projects, engineering and work in the region and the country.
The power plant, owned by ENEL Chile, has been operating since 2012 in the municipality of Coronel.
In an activity carried out in the company’s premises, this celebration was held, which highlights the progress in the construction of the new facilities.
On April 12, in the offices of the Chilean Institute for Work Safety (IST Zonal Sur), INNOCON signed the implementation agreement of the Project to Manage Occupational Health and Safety (PASSO) with which it begins a process of restructuring and voluntary evaluation.
The experienced engineer joined the company’s staff as Head of Engineering in December of last year.
The construction works of the Innocon building are 50% complete, which will house the Research and Development units, as well as Engineering and its various administration departments.
